Hotel Payment Paperwork

With each property we visit, they have different ways of doing things.

Here's what we've been told by the Hilton Polaris:

• We do accept tax exemptions forms. You can bring your forms when you arrive and the Front Desk can take care of the exemption at check in.
• Unless you have an Occupancy tax exemption form (which most groups do NOT), the 8.1% occupancy tax will be applied to your bill. The 7.5% sales tax would be waived.
• We do accept government checks.
